Carolyn Joyce Courtney is a licensed minister and an anointed intercessor that God uses to minister healing to emotionally abused women.  She has also ministered as a Sunday School Teacher, Bible Study Teacher and a traveling minister speaking at Women’s conferences, retreats and seminars and is currently President of the Women’s Ministries of her local church as well as the district overseer of the Ministry to the Military European Women’s Ministries.  Carolyn is married to Retired Army Sergeant Major Willie Courtney, who is an ordained bishop and together they pastor the Mighty Warrior Christian Center in Heidelberg, Germany.  They have been married for 46 years and are the parents of three grown children; Mark, Dean and Morene, and two daughter-in-laws Victoria and Birgit. They have two granddaughters; Tamika and Ayana and a grandson, Dean Jr.

 

Sharon Denise Cole is another prayer warrior in the Army of the Lord.  She has been graciously given the gift of exhortation.  She has answered God’s call to minister to hurting teenaged girls and single young women, teaching, training, empowering them, and mentoring them to reach their full potential in Christ.  She is a minister in her local church and is currently enrolled at Freedom Bible College and Seminary. Sharon is a Lt. Col in the United States Army, and earned her Master’s degree from Hampton Institute. She is currently enrolled in the doctoral program at Morgan State University on full scholarship. Sharon is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and has served as Assistant Chief of Community Health Nursing at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Sharon is married to Arthur, and they are the parents of four children.  Sharon oversees our Young Ladies of Excellence division of In His Image:  Women of Excellence Ministries. She and her family currently reside in Fairburn, Georgia.

 

Lorraine Foster, our Treasurer, is a gifted Intercessor with a passion to see the captives set free through the power of prayer. She currently serves as an Altar/Deliverance Worker at her local worship center. She is a faithful leader on the Kimberly Daniels Ministries International First Watch Command the Morning Prayer Team. Lorraine is a graduate of Bethune-Cookman College, Daytona Beach, FL. where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has served on Finance Committees for local and state conferences. She has served as a leader of the Junior Usher’s Board, Teen Spirit Youth Group, Intercessory Prayer Team and Armor bearers.   She is married to Francis and they have two sons Desmond and Brandon. She and her family currently reside in Leesburg, FL.

 

Roberta Hanks Graves is our Ministerial Accountability Coordinator. She is an ordained minister called to preach and teach the gospel.  Roberta has served in numerous positions in the Body of Christ to include Interim Pastor, Church Trustee, and Bible and Sunday School Teacher.  Although she professes to have a pastor’s heart, she has been very active in ministering to the military, particular women through ministerial outreach programs at various military chapel services. God has blessed her to be an anointed soloist and she has been graced with the gifts of giving, exhortation and administration. She is a graduate of Kansas State University, Manhattan Kansas where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics and a Masters of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel.  She is married to Reginald Graves and they are the parents of one daughter, Camilla.  The Graves Family currently resides in Woodbridge, VA.

 

Diana Nicoson serves as our Purchasing Agent. And though God has graced her with many talents and His spiritual gifts, the one that is clearly consistently evident is that of an anointed intercessor.  There is no greater privilege than to partner with Lord and stand in the gap for others and she is one of the faithful “prayer closet” daughters of Zion. She is so discerning when it comes to women who carry the wounds of emotional abuse. Diana, in the past, has served as Secretary of In His Image as well as church financial officer in the local church, praise and worship team member and most recently, a teacher of children in childcare. Diana is married to Greg and this year they will celebrate 25 wonderful years of marriage. She and Greg both have a burden for the care of pastors. Greg and Diana are the parents of three; Jonathon (who recently joined the US Army), Christopher and Elizabeth.  The Nicosons currently reside in Columbia, SC.

 

Dana Smith oversees our Prayer Ministry Division and she is also the Coordinator of our Annual European Conference.  Dana is a graduate of East Coast Bible College in Charlotte, North Carolina and has a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is currently a teacher in the Department of Defense School system. Dana is a licensed minister and she and her husband Greg pastor the Wuerzburg Christian Servicemen’s Center in Wuerzburg, Germany where she is also the Women’s Ministries President.  The Smith’s have three children and currently reside in Schweinfurt, Germany.

 

 

Vera LeRay Warner is Founder and President of In His Image: Women of Excellence Ministries. Vera is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University where she majored in Christian Education and most recently earned a Master’s degree in Theology. She is an author, and her latest book, “Embracing the Love of the Father” was released in the fall of 2007.  She is first and foremost a Bible Teacher, and has an anointing to preach the word of God with profound simplicity. She continues to travel in the United States and abroad ministering at retreats, seminars, revivals and banquets.  In the past she has served in numerous positions in her local church and various military chapels to include, but was not limited to: Sunday School Teacher, Children’s Church Leader, Intercessory Prayer Group Leader, Church Administrator, PWOC Chapter President, Praise and Worship Team member, and Adult Bible Study Teacher. Vera honorably served in the United States Air Force for almost 12 years and during that time was selected and listed in the 1984 edition of, “Outstanding Young Women in America.” She is married to Michael Warner, Sr. who is a retired United States Army Warrant Officer. At present time, they pastor the World Harvest International Christian Center in Nieder- Ramstadt, Germany.  They are the parents of two grown children and a son-in-law. They also have five grandchildren. The Warners currently reside in Mühltal, Germany.
